Scaling delivery without chaos

Osol, a B2B hardware company providing smart workplace solutions to corporate clients (IPSEN, SNCF, Crédit Mutuel, Sanofi, Danone...), faced a critical scaling challenge: how to manage exponentially growing delivery demands while maintaining quality, tracking inventory, and ensuring accurate billing.

The existing process was fragmented — Production didn't know what CSM promised, Delivery teams worked in silos, and Finance chased information for invoicing. Clients experienced delays, internal teams were frustrated, and revenue recognition lagged behind actual deliveries.
